Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing an HR team.
• Strong experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR administration.
• Experience with BPJS and Indonesian employment regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle confidential matters professionally.
