Requirements

• Male / Female
• Max. Age 30 years old
• Minimum S1 of any discipline, preferably from reputable university (Accreditation BAN – PT Min. B with Min. GPA 3.00 of 4.00)
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Spreadsheet
• Detail-oriented, curios, and excellent analytical thinking
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in business and business development
• No direct (nuclear) family currently working as an active employee of bank bjb syariah
• Willing to be placed around working areas of bank bjb syariah (Jawa Barat, Banten dan DKI Jakarta)

Responsibilities

1. Understanding of business units process from the product, operation and business to identify the issues
2. Use data (financial, operation etc) to analyse your findings and create suggestions for business and operational improvements
3. Delivering insights and hypotheses that are informed by both competitive and web analytics
4. Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
