- Make monthly reports on man-power needs for office operations from all division
-Conduct recruitment process (requests for new hires, posting job advertisements, screening candidate applications, conducting assessments on candidates, participating in HR and User interviews).
-Making arrangements for attendance or attendance list of company employees
-Update the company's employee data records
-Prepare various internal letters as well as outgoing letters
-Do and provide support for the employee training procedure in the company
-Do and provide support for the employee Medical Check Up procedure in the company
-Support tender document submission for the Human Resources side of required documents.
-Fulfil monthly HR company objective for the ISO 45000:1
